U-47700 and U-49900 are both of those derivatives of the strong opioid painkiller fentanyl. They are chemically made to create effects much like those of other opioids for instance morphine, heroin, and fentanyl. Euphoria is documented as considerably less powerful compared to morphine or heroin.
